Pricing

You only pay real money when we make you real money.

A flat monthly fee that covers the work, plus a share of the extra profit — measured against your own before-and-after numbers and a holdout group we never touch, so you can check it yourself.

The base fee

$2,000a month

Covers the connection to your tools, the daily work, and a real person you can email. Same price whether you do $2M or $40M.

  • All your stores and ad accounts
  • Two-week watching period included
  • Cancel any month, no lock-in

The share of what it makes you

15%of the extra profit

We measure against your own numbers from before Margin started, plus a holdout group we leave alone so you can compare. If profit doesn't go up, this part is $0.

  • Measured against a real holdout, not our own math
  • You get the full workings every month
  • No profit gain means no share

Optional add-on

Margin Signal — from $99/month

Adds outside-world data — weather, trends, shipping conditions — to Margin's decisions.

If Margin doesn't make you money, it costs you the base fee and nothing else. If it makes you $500,000, it costs $75,000 and you keep the rest.

A rough estimate for your store

Drag the slider to your monthly sales. Clearly labeled as an estimate — we'll do the real version with your actual costs on a demo call.

$500,000

$80k$4M

Estimated extra profit, first year

$72,000$186,000

What Margin would cost that year

$43,350

$24,000 base + 15% of the gain

This is an estimate, not a promise. It's based on typical stores recovering 1.2% to 3.1% of yearly sales as extra profit. Your real number depends on your margins, your return rate, and how much of your ad spend is currently going to the wrong places.

How we measure the gain

Before Margin touches anything, we lock in your baseline: profit per order, by product, for the previous 90 days.

Then we leave a slice of your ad spend and your returns completely alone — the holdout. Margin never touches it. It's your control group.

Every month you get the comparison in a spreadsheet you can open. If the treated side isn't beating the holdout, there's no gain and no share to pay.
